  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the Cancellation/Refund Policy.

  • All materials and content developed by AdsGyani will remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.
  • Upon full payment, you will receive ownership of deliverables, excluding any licensed third-party tools or software.

5. Confidentiality

  • Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the project.

6. Termination of Services

  • Either party may terminate the agreement by providing written notice as per the Cancellation Policy.
  • AdsGyani reserves the right to terminate services if terms are violated or payments are delayed.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • AdsGyani is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
  • We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes for campaigns or projects.

8. Third-Party Services

  • We may integrate or recommend third-party tools or services. AdsGyani is not responsible for their performance or terms of use.

9. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes will be resolved amicably through mutual discussion. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Raipur C.G.

10. Changes to Terms

  • AdsGyani reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will be communicated to clients and published on our website.
